This project involved the installation of a water source incremental air conditioning system for their main boardroom. This covered the additional heat load of both the people and the audio visual equipment.
The new tenancy fit-out also included relocation and addition of ceiling outlets, ducting and temperature controls along with a full air balance and commissioning of the space.
We also cover ongoing scheduled maintenance of the new and existing supplemental plant.
