This project had both a Server room and a large boardroom to consider in regards supplementary air conditioning systems. This company, as most of our fit-out clients, are city based in a high rise building. It is for this reason we installed (3) water source incremental air conditioning systems to these two spaces. The Server room air conditioning is a particular critical item to protect the clients IT equipment by maintaining a constant temperature at all times preventing shutdowns due to overheating.
The new tenancy fit-out also included relocation and addition of ceiling outlets, ducting and temperature controls along with a full air balance and commissioning of the space.
We also cover ongoing scheduled maintenance of the new and existing supplemental plant.
