Installation of packaged equipment for two new showrooms including economy cycles and DDC building control.

BMW Bundoora:
Upgrading of structural steel, roof flashings and steel support stands for five (5) evaporative coolers for workshop and display areas.

Open Universities :
Four level fit out of corporate offices for their new tenancy in the Melbourne CBD. Including two water source supplementary systems for boardroom and meeting room.

Shad Financial :
Single level fit out of corporate offices for their new head office tenancy in the Melbourne CBD, (Southbank). Including two water source supplementary systems for boardroom & meeting room.

Karoon Gas :
Corporate head office fit out including one supplementary system for their server room, in the Melbourne CBD.

Visy Pulp :
Design and installation of the airconditioning systems for the master control centre serving their new power Co – Generation plant.

Bundoora Secondary College :
Upgrading of existing heating hot water boilers to new systems for the heating of the Secondary College as per specifications. Alterations and additions to the existing ducting layout to gain a full return air system and greater energy efficiency.

Maintenance / Service:
